RediRad AM Radio Adaptor, 12 Volt
This easy to install RediRad Air Cooled VW Radio Adaptor is an American made revolutionary way to listen to any portable FM, CD, MP3, iPod, or even satellite radio through your original AM radio. The RediRad Air Cooeld VW Radio Adaptor will work with any Air Cooled VW up through 1967.

A&B. The power/ground wire is approximately five feet long and consists of a red/black zip cord.

A. The red wire is pre-terminated with a connector that slips onto a +12 volt tap point on the fuse panel.

B. The black wire is pre-terminated with a loop-type ring lug for easy attachment to the vehicle's chassis/ground.

C. The coaxial cable is terminated with a Motorola "male" connector connecting the RediRad to your radio's antenna jack (where the vehicle's antenna cable normally plugs into).

D. The "Audio In" cable is approximately five feet long and has a 3.5 mm universal audio plug. It plugs into the headphone socket on any portable music player.

E. The coaxial cable terminated with a Motorola "female" connector receives the vehicle's antenna cable if equipped. The RediRad does not require an antenna to operate.
